The most important thing in life is peace. That is why Jesus said, Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”
You’ve heard it many times that God is love and love is God, haven’t you? God is also wisdom and peace.
Out of 15 Bible versions consulted, it is found that the number of times the word “peace” appears ranges between 263 and 428 times.
How do we find peace of mind? By realizing the great love God has for you. By understanding that God is peace.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” – John 3:16
What did the Father send Jesus to this earth for? To express his great love and to share the truth. So what is the truth?
“Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” – John 14:6
So we have to ask what Jesus is all about, Jesus is God and God is love. So God has sent Jesus to spread the message of love and to give salvation to people because all have sinned in the eyes of God. And God knows everything, he knows your darkest secrets and what you’ve been through.
How do you find peace in your life? It is getting to know Jesus and building a relationship with Him.
Study the life of Jesus and trust God to give you the simplest instruction, “Follow me” and constantly ask yourself would Jesus do what you’re going to do?
What are we here for? What is your purpose in life? It is to serve God and God’s children by following his greatest commandment.
“Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. 35 One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” – Matthew 22:34-40
Share the good news and the good news is Jesus is God and God is Love and there is salvation and everlasting life when you follow Jesus and live a life in love and peace.
