“60 Golden Minutes”

60 Golden Minutes of Power For Happiness, Health and Wealth

Preferably this power exercise is done early in the morning when it is very quiet and you will not be disturbed. You will agree that it is wise to invest one hour to increase the productivity of your next 23 hours, isn’t it?

Time is your greatest asset. Make the best use of your time by keeping yourself on track. After all, you got only 24 hours in a day. Time is life, make the best use of it, don’t waste your life away.

10 minutes:  Review what you have thought, said or done yesterday. The results in your life come from your thoughts, words and actions. What did you do right and what did you do wrong? Always work with the universal law of cause and effect – what you sow you shall reap – what goes around comes around in your business and your life.

10 minutes:  Think of how you can improve on what you have thought, said or done yesterday. If you have hurt someone knowingly or unknowingly, do something to make up for it. Be brave enough to say, “I am sorry.”, “Please forgive me.” And ask “Please tell me in what ways I can make up to you?” Always remember to show appreciation to your loved ones.  Always remember to say “I love you.” and “Thank you.” The Law of Gratitude is the Law of Abundance. You will get more of what you are grateful for. Always be thankful.

10 minutes:  Plan what you want to do today, in 3 months and 3 years? Keep yourself on track on what you plan to do. Check yourself, are you on track? “Nobody plans to fail, they just fail to plan.” Keep a daily record of what you have done that will bring you closer to your goals.

10 minutes:  Read a good book, listen to an informative CD or watch an inspiring youtube video. Youtube is a goldmine of great information that can make a positive difference to your life. A picture says a thousand words, a video says so much more. Add good things into your mind. You are only as good as your mind

10 minutes:  Summarize what you have learned from that Book, CD or Video  and how you can apply it to your business and your life? What did you learn? How it can help bring you closer to your goals?

10 minutes:  Meditate. Get into a comfortable position. If you believe in God, pray and speak to Him. If you are an atheist, listen to your heart or inner voice and seek guidance for what you want to do in life. Invest 3 minutes in total silence, relax and quiet your mind and enjoy the peace of being silent and just not doing anything.
